    Had really great stay for our short vacation, the staff were immensely pleasant, location was incredible in downtown area. It was best value in contrast to other hotels. The room was stylish and had a living room, a separate lounge and a sofa set.

    Breakfast I loved, even macaroni, natural juices a thousand flavors, cheeses, nuts, smoked salmon, perfect service. concierge service was very good, always pleasant, we lost our mobile on the plane and they called 50 times at the airport. Perfect room with a view of the Burj califa and fountains.

    I had a reservation for 4 people and they only gave me 3 beds and 2 towels, I claimed it 3 times at the reception, and until I got "edge" at 11 at night, they didn't give me the extra one. Not if they wanted me to sleep on the floor?

    We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony, and it was huge! Verysuper clean and cozy. The staff in the dining area were friendly, and the fresh made-to-order eggs for breakfast were a lovely touch. The location is great, only a short walk to the hop-on, hop-off bus stop and shops. It really added to the vibrant downtown lifestyle experience.

    Its location just a short stroll away from a dancing fountain was comfy and ideal. It was located in a good area close enough to the surrounding attractions/Restaurants including the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, burj Khalifa and the fountin and fountains, a perfect place for me.

    What I did not like is that they did not try to make themselves understood..in English..nor did they solve a problem we had with a hotel car that charged us an excessive amount..for the same distance a taxi , 15 D.and the hotel car 80 D. IS A HOTEL FOR LOCALS. HE DIDN'T RECOMMEND IT.
